Sri Lanka Institute of Packaging (SLIP) is an association of public & private sector enterprises founded in 1975 to promote, develop and safeguard the interests, concerns and the needs of the Packaging industry in Sri Lanka.
SLIP has played a pivotal role in creating a nation-wide awareness of the key importance of packaging, both for exports as well as in everyday life. It has brought members of the packaging community, including consumers, together to share and promote common interests and has helped to keep its members abreast of rapidly changing trends in the packaging world.
The Packaging Development Centre is a subsidiary organization of SLIP and is considered as its technical arm that provides all support to the Institute. SLIP is fully committed to making the event one of high regional importance in the coming years.
Professional Exhibition Organiser (PEO)
Pico Events is an accredited Professional Exhibition Organizer and an active member of MICE promotion spearheaded by Sri Lanka Convention Bureau under the aegis of the Ministry of Tourism. Being a pioneer in the exhibition industry in Sri Lanka and possessing a wide portfolio of industry specifics to consumer exhibitions, Pico has track record of over 250 exhibitions for the past 16 years.
